Elizabeth Chen, a prominent and accomplished businesswoman, initially made her mark in China’s diverse business landscape.

In 2012, Elizabeth transitioned her base to New York, where she embarked on new ventures.

Her projects diversified into real estate development, the culinary industry with restaurant establishments, and import-export initiatives, fostering stronger economic ties between China and the United States.

Her expertise in navigating international business dynamics propelled her ventures to success, marking her as an influential figure in both the American and Chinese business landscapes.

Beyond her entrepreneurial endeavors, Elizabeth Chen assumed a pivotal role as the Chairwoman of the International Education & Charity Foundation. Jianyuan (Jerry) Yang

Graduated from South China University of Technology (SCUT) with a Degree in Chemical Engineering. Jerry has established himself as a well-known and successful entrepreneur with his business interests covering the likes of Clothing, Real Estate, and Healthcare.

His “think big” attitude from the start resulted in business plans that developed and established one of New York’s largest clothing manufacturing premises in 1997.

On the back of this initial success, Jerry decided to venture into what he saw as being the next big growth area: Adult/Assisted Living Facilities. In 2004, he found the Vista Valley Adult and Assisted Living Center.

Until now, he is the only Chinese-American owner with a DOH assisted living program facility License in New York State. And in 2011 he followed that up by opening one of Flushing’s earliest Adult Social Daycare Centers.

His next project in the daycare-related real estate field is a nursing home located in Monticello, Sullivan County of New York State. Its 120 spots capacity has been approved by the government and the estimated time to complete the project to start the operation is about two years. In the residential and commercial real estate development field, now Jerry is currently developing a project on 131-02 40th Road in Flushing.

This project will be focused on both residential and commercial areas, with an expected 562 keys across 2 brand name hotels, as well as 244 residential apartments.

With an overall 562,266 square feet of space to be built, this promises to be one of the best new projects in the area. As a shareholder in American Chengho, his experience, ability, a strong sense of the market will help the company’s steady development and business promotion.
