PRINCE TOWER

Prince Tower is located at the junction of Prince Street and 39th Avenue. The surroundings of this facility will mobilize this development to become the center of Flushing. Facing the opposite side of the street is a newly-opened world-class Hyatt Hotel, and many well-known brand stores.

To the left of the development is the world-famous Best Western Palace Hotel. To the right, will be a new business center that would be a hotel, residential, office building and a high-end business district center, which is to be developed by the F&T Group.

Diagonally across the street, is a Sheraton Hotel, and a downtown restaurant. There are department stores and luxury shopping malls located throughout, which make dining and shopping quite convenient.

It is 2 blocks away from the Line 7 train, Main Street Station and many MTA buses are available here. There are also shuttle buses that directly go to Manhattan, Chinatown, and 8th Ave. Brooklyn, as well as the Long Island Rail Road to Manhattan and Long Island, make transportation very convenient.

This project is a full seven-floor commercial building; the first floor is to be double deck commercial storefront. From the 2nd floor to the 7th floor will be 24 clinics, but it could also be used for offices as well. The bottom two floors are planned to be used as a parking lot, with the capacity to hold 56 cars.
